By creating an account, registering for events, or using any part of the MastryHub platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately.

To use our services and participate in hackathons, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration
• Update your information promptly if it changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

MastryHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4.1 Registration: By registering for a hackathon, you commit to participating in good faith and adhering to the specific rules and guidelines of that event.

4.2 Team Formation: Teams must consist of 2–5 members unless otherwise specified. All team members must be registered on the MastryHub platform.

4.3 Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their submissions. However, by participating, you grant MastryHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your work for promotional and educational purposes.

4.4 Code of Conduct: All participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.

You agree not to:

• Submit plagiarized, infringing, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Prizes and rewards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms. Winners may be required to provide additional documentation for tax and legal purposes. Travel reimbursements, where applicable, will be processed according to the guidelines provided for each specific event. MastryHub reserves the right to determine reimbursement amounts and eligibility criteria.

The MastryHub platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MastryHub, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in our events.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of MastryHub after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in, India.
