This Trademark Policy outlines the guidelines for using trademarks, service marks, logos, and other brand assets owned by Practern Technologies Private Limited and associated with the MastryHub platform. Proper use of our trademarks helps protect our brand identity and ensures clarity for our community.
Our Trademarks
The following are trademarks and/or service marks owned by Practern Technologies Private Limited:
- MastryHub — the primary brand and wordmark
- Mastry Hub — alternative wordmark
- The MastryHub logo and penguin mascot
- The MastryHub tagline: "Refuse the ocean, for the Peaks"
- Any other logos, icons, or brand elements displayed on the MastryHub platform
These trademarks are the exclusive property of Practern Technologies Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Permitted Uses
You may use MastryHub trademarks without prior written permission in the following cases:
- Referring to MastryHub or our services in editorial, journalistic, or educational content
- Linking to the MastryHub platform from your website or social media
- Describing your participation in MastryHub events on your portfolio, resume, or LinkedIn profile
- Using "MastryHub" in the text of your hackathon project descriptions to credit the platform
In all permitted uses, the trademark must be used in its correct form and must not be altered, abbreviated, or combined with other marks.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use MastryHub trademarks in the following ways without express written permission:
- As part of your own product name, service name, company name, or domain name
- In a manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with MastryHub
- On merchandise, apparel, or physical goods
- In modified, distorted, or stylized forms that differ from the official brand assets
- In any way that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful to MastryHub's reputation
- As part of any NFT, digital collectible, or blockchain-based asset without authorization
Logo Usage Guidelines
When using the MastryHub logo with permission:
- Maintain a minimum clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "M" in MastryHub
- Do not alter the proportions, colors, or orientation of the logo
- Use only the official logo files provided by MastryHub
- The logo must be displayed on a background that provides sufficient contrast and legibility
- Minimum display size: 24px height for digital, 0.5 inches for print
Event Organizer & Partner Usage
Event organizers, sponsors, and partners who have an active agreement with MastryHub are granted limited license to use our trademarks for the purposes outlined in their agreement. This includes:
- Displaying the MastryHub logo on event materials, websites, and promotional content
- Mentioning MastryHub as a platform partner in press releases and announcements
- Using co-branded materials provided by the MastryHub team
This license is non-transferable and applies only for the duration of the active agreement.
Requesting Permission
For any trademark use not covered under "Permitted Uses," please contact us for written approval:

- Include a detailed description of the intended use, context, and placement
- Allow up to 10 business days for review and response
Reporting Trademark Misuse
If you become aware of any unauthorized or improper use of MastryHub trademarks, please report it to us at mastryhub@gmail.com. We take trademark protection seriously and will investigate all reported cases of misuse.
Modifications to This Policy
Practern Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to update this Trademark Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of MastryHub trademarks after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
